in San Diego. Our main northern California office is located in San Jose.
Our agents have virtual offices scattered across the 7-county area that

Ron Porter (CA DRE#00893599) majored in
Dairy Industries and Engineering at Iowa State College. He worked 20 years
in hi-tech as a magnetic media manufacturing manager in Silicon Valley.
He turned to real estate in 1985. He is currently the manager of the Bay
Area office of HomeBuyer Agents, Inc. where he helps agents provide Exclusive
Buyer Agency services in the 8 counties of San Francisco, Alameda, Contra
Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, San Benito, Monterey.
Ashley Robert Vandersteen (CA DRE#01400366)
has lived and worked in Northern California for over 20 years. With a Masters
degree in economics and a background in business consulting, he provides
his clients with valuable analysis, recommendations, and the kind of professional
service that Silicon Valley home buyers expect. His number one goal is
to get an outstanding reference and referrals from every client he serves.
To achieve this goal, he approaches every purchase transaction as though
it were his own money on the line. Ashley owns a home in San Jose. He has
been happily married for twelve years and has two boys, six and eight years
old.

Jocelyn Bischoff CA DRE # 01134171) majored
in RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) with expanded duties. All at Santa
Barbara City College. Then she moved to the Santa Cruz and San Jose area
to continue in Dental Hygiene. She owned and operated a start up company
called Bischoff's Diabetic Supplies, which became at one time the largest
Diabetic mail order company in the nation. She also was a Director of two
different Family History Centers in the Bay Area. Licensed in 1993 she
has gained extensive knowledge working with both buyers and sellers. She
has come to the conclusion that dual agency is not fair to either buyers
or sellers. She chose to be committed to buyers only. They need a professional
that will work entirely for them. She has lived in the Bay Area for over
20 years and covers the 8 counties of San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa,
Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, San Benito, Monterey.
Dave Crandall (CA DRE#01397785) has a background
in corporate marketing and covers the 8 counties of San Francisco, Alameda,
Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, San Benito, Monterey.
Jana Cole (CA DRE#01449328) was born and
raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and has lived most of her life here,
in the East Bay, San Francisco and the peninsula. Her background includes
working in stocks and bonds as well as teaching and music. She is also
the mother of two children. She became an EBA in 2004 and provides Exclusive
Buyer Agency services to the 4 counties of San Mateo, San Francisco, Alameda
