This site leads you to the help of an EBA, a specialist who will show you all the properties you might want to see, even tenant occupied, probate, foreclosures, REOs, government owned, fixers, bank owned, for sale by owner, VA, HUD, as well as 3 Multiple Listing Services (MLS). Even more important than that, we negotiate on your behalf 100%. First we determine actual market value. We want to save you money, as much as possible.

We give you our complete loyalty and we maintain the utmost confidentiality. We make sure the property you select is thoroughly inspected. We know you want no surprises after the sale. We discuss investment aspects, including what can be done to improve value for future resale. We also express reasons not to purchase, and we warn you away from bad deals.

EBA's only work with home purchasers, never Sellers.
Many of the cities in this region were built on agriculturally very rich fruit and vegetable growing land. Until the early 1960's there were lots of agriculture, orchards, dairies, wineries and many food-processing industries. The primary manufacturers here were Lockheed and Westinghouse in Sunnyvale, the GM plant in Fremont, and the Ford plant in Milpitas. Industrial production developed significantly after World War II and growth has since been rapid. There are still manufacturers of business, electric, food-processing machinery; household goods, aircraft and motor parts. But the manufacture of computers, silicon chips and electronic items started taking the lead in the late 1960's, 1970's and 1980's. The late 1990's saw the advent of software companies.
Here you will find hiking at Mount Tamalpais, sun bathing at Stinson Beach and boating under the Golden Gate Bridge as a few examples of leisurely fun. Most of the cities here are less than a half day's drive from the Napa wine country, skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, boating at Clear Lake, the renowned Aquarium in Monterey, and Santa Cruz, with its popular beach and boardwalk with rides and amusements.

Statistically about 40% of all real estate purchasers in America use the first agent they meet. We urge you to interview at least 3 agents before choosing one. With some 15,000 plus agents in the local multiple listing system serving the above cities, understandably selecting good brokers is problematic. Choosing an agent who wants to sell you his/her company's listings has its obvious pitfalls. Picking an agent on the basis of their personality is wrong, too. We urge you to choose specialists who will represent you 100%, someone with experience and expertise investing years on the buyer's side; one who will help you purchase property of your choice, not try to sell you something you don't want, or that you will regret buying. Very few agents will show you for-sale-by-owners, foreclosures, tenant occupied, distressed houses, and properties where the commission offered by the listing agent is too low. We will show you any of these properties.
